Portland, OR — iUrban Teen’s successful STEM+Arts Summit, will return this year to the University of Portland campus on Saturday, May 11 from 9:00-2:30 p.m. The event, which will feature four tech-centered hands-on workshops expected to draw over 125 middle school and high school aged students from underrepresented backgrounds from the Portland Metro area. Sponsors include the University of Portland, Multnomah County, and Nike.

During the event, students will get an up-close and hands-on look at Engineering and Data Visualization, a guided tour of the Campus, as well as 1-1 interaction and mentoring from highly-qualified, high tech professionals from Cigna, Bonneville Power Administration, IOTAS and Mt Hood Community College.
