Attend all 4 Saturdays in your cohort. \niUrban Teen partners with Heritage Farm to create a hands-on\, immersive experience where teens connect with the land\, their food\, and their community. \nParticipants will take an active role in selecting\, planting\, nurturing\, and harvesting crops\, gaining a deeper understanding of where food comes from. Along the way\, they will explore soil health and composting practices\, and study the role of beneficial insects and pests within a thriving ecosystem. \nThe experience culminates in a meaningful celebration\, where students share the fruits of their labor with family and community—highlighting not only what they’ve grown\, but what they’ve learned.
