Portland Chapter
iUrban Teen launched in the Portland/Vancouver area in October 2011 on the Washington State University-Vancouver campus. The first STEM Summit attracted over 100 youth and some of their parents. By the end of that first day, we knew that we were creating something magical and had to keep going. Since our 2011 launch, iUrban Teen has provided STEM+Arts+Trades career experiences to over 13,000 youth and now we have chapters in Washington, Oregon, California, and Texas. Our local staff serves students and families in NW Oregon and SW Washington. Want to volunteer with us? Get Involved!
Portland Executive Council
The Executive Council exists both to influence and support the mission and vision of the iUrban Teen program on a national level. A local council is formed in each city where iUrban Teen delivers its programs.
